Well then I'm sure I'll get a letter telling me my feet now violate the covenants as well. Wouldn't surprise me at all.

Yeah, I realized that the concept of customer service went out the window a long time ago. The customer is always right is now the customer is never right, and if you don't like it, they usually tell you to just cancel your service. In my case, the only way I can cancel this service is to move, and having had my house on the market for 14 months and not having a single offer make it all the way to closing, that's a lot easier said than done.

Tell me about it. I had this interview last year where it became quickly obvious that none of the 3 people interviewing me had never even looked at my resume and that it was their secretary who had looked at it. I guess according to her I fit the job description. I could tell by their wrinkled foreheads as they finally skimmed the resume in front of me that they didn't think I did. That was a fun interview.

It makes you wonder why people make you feel out forms ahead of time. Interviews. Dr.'s offices. Insurance companies. It doesn't matter where or what. No one bothers to read what you feel out, so why do they even bother?

Excellent - I love it when it's obvious people have not even bothered to read the forms you have sent them... well "love it" is perhaps the wrong term to use.

I thought sofit fascia was that problem people often have with their feet. Customer service seems to mean just being people whose job it is to make you think it's not worth it :-D

Just got the reply email after hitting publish: "I appreciate your response." Does that mean she really appreciates it, or was there some implied sarcasm there? I don't want a fine for being sarcastic, since we all know sarcasm brings down the value of a neighborhood. ;)
