You must can catch it like the flu. My comments aren&#39;t showing up in Blogger, only in JS-Kit, which means if I switch back I lose them.<br /><br />Last night I asked for help at Get Satisfaction. In the past if I started a new topic when the topic was already present, they would merge my topic and often delete a lot of my followup replies. So last night I decided to beat them to the punch and do what I thought was the right thing. Another blogger user had a thread outstanding called &quot;Blogger Sync has stopped&quot; so I added my issue under his.<br /><br />Guess what happened. They told me to start a new topic and be more specific. I couldn&#39;t get any more specific than I did, and start a new topic? If I had done that, they would have probably told me the exact opposite. They made it sound like I should have known from a programmer&#39;s standpoint that our problems weren&#39;t exactly the same because the other guy had like 12 subdomains. Well, did I ever claim to be a programmer? No. Do the majority of people who ask for help? No. All I know is if there are 5 different threads going on that say Blogger Sync isn&#39;t working, it&#39;s probably either a Blogger problem or a JS-Kit problem, not a problem unique to 12 subdomains.<br /><br />Damned if you do. Damned if you don&#39;t. I won&#39;t ever ask for his help again. I&#39;d sooner just lose my whole blog. He only answers 1 out of every 100 questions, and then it&#39;s only if his blog answers the question. If it doesn&#39;t, he just pretends it does. He doesn&#39;t get that frustration isn&#39;t the same thing as complaining, and if he doesn&#39;t get paid to run the help forum, then maybe it&#39;s his time to complain to Google, not to those of us who need help. <br /><br />Yahoo is free, too, and I&#39;ve always gotten help for email. Sometimes it takes a few days if the problem is complicated, like when my mail search kept going out, but they always get back to you. My commenting system used to be free (still is for me, but newbies have to pay), and their c.s. is great on Get Satisfaction. Google has a GS page, but no one answers the questions. Seriously, there are questions 6 months old no one has responded to. There&#39;s some email link that lets you contact Google if you can&#39;t sign in; I tried it and it doesn&#39;t work. It just loops back to itself. Google doesn&#39;t bother or care if you can use their products or need help with them. It makes me mad, yet I continue to use them.
