Bologna, Weather, & a Late Blog Award: Random Tuesday Thoughts

randomtuesday

Mother Nature needs to pick a direction and go with it. Yesterday, it was sunny and fairly warm. I even put on short sleeves. Today it's dreary, and it has been snowing on and off again since this morning. Since it's not sticking, it's a total waste of the flaky stuff, if you ask me. Even the birds seem confused by the abrupt change in weather patterns. They keep going back and forth in my yard like they don't know which direction to fly. North? South? The Best Western? I would give them my grandmother's birdhouses if I thought they would help.

Something needs to change in my life soon because I'm running out of things to blog about. I would say that, if things keep up, I'll have to change this blog into a TV blog, since that's the only thing going on in my life these days. However, seeing as I may have to turn off the cable if I can't get a job that pays me enough to keep it on, I may not even be able to write about TV shows. Then what am going to do, give you a daily update on my dogs' poo? That will be fun. Maybe my family will do something crazy in the next few days, and I'll be able to get one or two posts out of it.

My head is killing me today. Another big thanks to Mother Nature for that.

A big thanks, too, to Netflix for sending me G-Force instead of 2012. The movie was cute, but I wanted to see John Cusak outrunning the end of the world last night, not guinea pigs trying to save it. Yes, I know 2012 didn't come out until today, but you could have waited to send me the next movie in my queue.

Bologna may be cheap, but it gets boring really quickly. I'm going to have to get start eating PB&J every other lunch just to mix things up. Maybe I should learn to like Ramen noodles, too.

I have an interview with Johnny Cochran's law firm Friday. It's in the area of social security law, which I have never taken the first class or seminar in. The job is such a long shot I might as well be interviewing to become an astronaut on Mars. To make matters just that much more stressful, two people will be conducting the interview. Can you say legal firing range? I'm already getting nauseous thinking about it, which reminds me. I have to fill out the firm's questionnaire tonight.

I was supposed to post this award weeks ago but had a brain fart and forgot. Thanks, Marilyn at A Lot of Loves for the Sunshine Award.

If I hang it up outside, do you think it will make this rain and the occasional snowflake go away? I want yesterday's sunshine back.

Apparently, some people don't like me tweeting about TV shows because they think I'm talking about real people. Uh, hello, that's why I use hash tags with the show's name or initials at the end of the tweet. Forgive me for not having kids or affiliate links to tweet about all day. If you don't like what I tweet about, unfollow me instead of sending me tweets saying that I'm confusing you. You could also just ignore me. It's as simple as that. I'll stop tweeting about any topic--TV, dogs, weather, and otherwise--today, but I won't tomorrow. It's my Twitter account, and I'll tweet about bad TV if I want to.
