What to Get My Sister?

I'm at a total loss this year as what to buy my sister for Christmas and for her birthday, which is on the 15th. In previous years, I at least have had the Christmas list my sister would give my mother to go off of. This year I have nada. Well, not exactly nada. Over Thanksgiving, Tina had Chandler hand me her Victoria's Secret catalogue and hint that she wanted this $50 Pink brand throw for her birthday. Sorry, but there is no way that I'm paying what will amount to more than $60 after shipping for a 4' x 4' piece of fabric that the dogs will just pee on. I may go to Walmart or on Shop Wiki; find a $10 throw, some iron on letters, and a Bedazzler; and make the throw look like the one in the catalogue, but I am not going to buy the one that she wants me to buy.

Which leaves what, clothes? A gift card? My sister has already told me to tell everyone else that she does not want a gift card to a clothing store this year, as no retail store carries clothes that she likes. What that really means is that, one week short of 29, she still tries to dress like a 19-year-old going out to a night club, minus the heels, or a 19-year-old going to the campus pool--i.e. only out of the juniors department. She does not dress like a woman who is nearing 30 and who has a kid nearing 10. What that also means is that the juniors department does not carry clothes in her size or with terry cloth letters glued over the rear end. As such, she dismisses every item of clothing in the store.

That being said, I could go online or to the mall and try to find clothes a 19-year-old would wear. However, in doing so, I risk getting killed if I overestimate her size or getting yelled at if I underestimate it. Either way, I won't be having much fun come Christmas morning.

I was going to get her a new purse, but, like last year, someone else beat me to it. I can't buy her shoes because she won't or can't walk in anything but flip flops. She doesn't read. Her tastes in movies and TV shows are fickle. She's rough on electronics. She loses jewelry. She won't wear the watch her son bought her last year so I'm not buying another one of those, and a new brain is way out of my price range. So again I ask that leave me what to buy her?

Please, if you have any ideas, leave them in the comments. I really am at a loss.
