I am about to attempt to uninstall Echo/JS-Kit within the next hour or so, assuming I don't chicken out first. If the comments end up looking crazy, please excuse the mess. Thanks.
EDITED 10:15 p.m.: Never mind. According to the help section on Echo, I'm supposed to send the template to their customer support and let them remove Echo. If I haven't heard back by Monday, I'll attempt it myself. Until then, I'm waiting to hear back from ID's customer support. I installed the system on the design site I'm constantly working on. It looks fine but for one thing--the comment count will no longer show on the main page. It will, however, show on the individual post page.
Does anyone who has ID on Blogger blogs know how to or if you can fix this? If so, please let me know in the comments. Meanwhile, I'll wait somewhat patiently for ID to get back to me.
