Okay, I'm so frustrated and mad right now that I don't know what to do. I was just about to turn off the computer and go to bed, but I decided to check Google Blog Search first to see if my posts are showing up. Because of the whole title tag fiasco from a few weeks ago, I've gotten paranoid about how things are showing up there and in Google Search. Wouldn't you know that it's all messed up again? "Just Bloggled is a Member of These Blog Directories" is showing up instead of the title to my post in Google Blog Search. Ditto in Google Search. The only thing that I have changed is I added this hack that supposedly changed the way the title did for your archives. I thought that it would eliminate a duplicate title tag problem that I have been having lately. No, instead, it just screwed everything up! I don't get it because the title tags are still there. All I did was add an additional conditional tag.Needless to say, I just deleted the extra tag but who knows how long it will be before Google recrawls the messed up posts and indexes them correctly. Probably forever, seeing as there are still some from the first screwup that it hasn't recrawled and thus fixed.
