I Really Need to Replace the Doodads on the Thingamajig on My Trunk

Why is it that every time I get in my car, I get a headache? Oh, that's right. It's because my car is filthy. I know what you're thinking. Why is it filthy? Don't I own a vacuum? Yes, I do, a very expensive one in fact, but it wouldn't do any good to vacuum the car. I'd just get it dirty again the next time that I got in it. The main reason for the dirt and the smell isn't two smelly dogs, although they have contributed somewhat to the odor. Instead, it's the Redneck Mobile's hatchback/pseudo-trunk. The trunk won't stay open on its own. The doodads inside the black thingamajigs that hold it up broke years ago--sorry, but I have no idea what the doodads and thingamajigs are actually called-- so I have to haul everything from groceries to pine straw in the back seat.

After replacing both the Redneck Mobile's headlights and turn signal bulbs on my own, I'm convinced that, if I can ever figure out the proper name of the doodads and find a store or online site that sells said doodads cheap enough, I could fix the trunk myself. I may be one step closer to achieving that goal with a web site called 24/7 Spares. 24/7 Spares helps people like me locate both new and used car parts online at the lowest price possible. All you have to do is fill out 24/7 Spares' online request form, and a 24/7 rep will give you a free, instant quote on your part. You can also opt to receive a text quote on your cell phone for a small fee.

All of 24/7 Spares' car parts come with a minimum 30 day warranty from its Network Members. Once you find the part you want, 24/7 Spares will send you to the Network Member site, where you will purchase the part directly. 24/7 Spares' prompt quotes and its Network Members' low prices made it Hitwise's sixth most clicked on automotive shopping site from July to September 2008. Its emphasis on high-quality used car parts also makes it environmentally friendly, which is something I always consider when shopping online and off these days.

Unfortunately for me, 24/7 Spares doesn't have a doodad and thingamajig category on its search page. I'm sure though if I emailed them a picture of my car with a big, red arrow pointing at the broken part or explained my problem in more detail on the request form, one of 24/7 Spares' Network Members would know what I'm talking about. If not, I can always go back to what I've been doing for the last five years--trashing my backseat and risking decapitation by holding the hatchback open with my head.
