For What It's Worth...

Taking out the additional conditional tag seemed to fix everything, at least with the previous post. The three before that are still screwed up. I tried submitting the individual urls in hopes that Google will recrawl them with the correct title tags. We'll see.

The moral of the story here is DON'T change your title tags to add the following:




If you do, all hell will break loose when it comes to your indexed Google results and your Google Blog Search results. Trust me on this, as I just learned that lesson the hard way. From now on, I'm leaving my stinkin' html alone!

(Okay, maybe I won't leave it totally alone. I still have that annoying little problem called Google is crawling my archives and reading the titles to the posts there as duplicate title tags. I still don't know how to fix that problem. If someone ever answers me from Google Help Group, I may have to edit the html one more time. Then I swear I'm leaving it be.)
